Suikoden V, like its predecessors, features unparalleled in-depth gameplay, a riveting storyline as well as the series' trademark 108 Stars of Destiny. The games plot concerns a civil war in the Queendom of Falena between powerful government factions. A coup d'etat leaves the Prince of Falena and his retainers exiles before founding a loyalist force determined to retake the capital of Falena and restoring the government overthrown by the manipulative Godwin Faction.
