A Hat in Time is a colorful 3D platformer starring Hat Kid, a young alien girl journeying home aboard her spaceship. Her trip is derailed when a dispute with a passing planet's Mafia bursts open her ship's door, scattering her precious Time Pieces, the magical hourglasses that fuel her vessel, across the world below. Now stranded, Hat Kid must explore vibrant and varied lands to recover the lost Time Pieces one by one. Along the way she meets a cast of quirky characters and rivals, solving puzzles and leaping through obstacle-filled worlds in her quest to gather every last hourglass and finally continue her voyage.
