Follow the tale of a samurai who wields the Oni Gauntlet, a mystical artifact that grants its bearer the power to slay Genma. Through gritty, blood-soaked brawls, he searches for his reason to fight. What fate awaits at the end of his path? The story follows the legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi as he journeys through a dark fantasy vision of Kyoto during Japan's Edo period. In this shadowy, supernatural version of the ancient capital, Musashi crosses blades with rival swordsmen while confronting far more terrifying foes: demons and other monstrous threats that lurk beyond the world of the living. Armed with his sword and honed reflexes, he strikes, parries, and turns his enemies' own momentum against them as he cuts a path through the perils that await. Set against the atmospheric backdrop of a haunted feudal Japan, the tale follows one master warrior's deadly struggle against the encroaching darkness.
