Deep Rock Galactic 2020

Deep Rock Galactic is a cooperative first-person shooter set on the alien planet Hoxxes IV. Players take on the role of dwarven space miners employed by an intergalactic mining corporation, completing missions in procedurally generated cave systems filled with hostile alien wildlife. The game supports up to four players who choose from distinct classes, each with unique weapons and traversal tools that complement each other. Missions involve extracting resources, fighting swarms of enemies, and navigating destructible environments before escaping via drop pod. On the hostile alien world of Hoxxes IV, a planet rich in precious minerals but teeming with dangerous creatures, an intergalactic mining corporation known as Deep Rock Galactic sends teams of dwarven miners into the planet's deepest cave systems. These veteran space miners must descend into procedurally shifting underground networks to extract valuable resources while contending with swarms of hostile alien life and treacherous environmental hazards. Each mission takes the miners further from safety, requiring them to work together using specialized equipment and heavy weaponry to survive long enough to complete their objectives and reach the extraction point. The corporation cares only about results, and the caves of Hoxxes IV claim many who venture too deep.
