Players take on the role of Dex, a young woman who suddenly finds herself hunted by the Complex's assassins with no clear idea why. Rescued by a mysterious hacker called Raycast, she is drawn into a growing resistance determined to break the Complex's grip on the city. Navigating neon-soaked streets and the digital networks beneath them, Dex takes on quests with multiple solutions as she uncovers the secret that made her a target.
