Based on the acclaimed anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's manga, this adventure retraces the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a kindhearted young charcoal seller living in the mountains of Taisho-era Japan. Tanjiro's peaceful life is shattered when his family is slaughtered by a demon, leaving only his sister Nezuko alive but transformed into a demon herself. Refusing to give up on her, Tanjiro resolves to find a way to restore her humanity and avenge his family. He undergoes brutal training and joins the Demon Slayer Corps, a secret order of warriors who hunt the man-eating demons that stalk the night. Following the events of the anime's first season and the Mugen Train arc, the story carries Tanjiro and his companions across haunted forests, cursed mountains, and a demon-infested train as they battle fearsome foes and edge ever closer to the answers that could save Nezuko.
