In response, Major Scott Mitchell assembles a new team of Ghosts codenamed Hunter and sends them to trace the bomb back to its source. The player leads this squad on a globe-spanning campaign, following the trail of illicit arms through Bolivia, Zambia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and beyond, rescuing informants and capturing dealers along the way. As Hunter pulls at each thread of the conspiracy, the team uncovers a shadowy network far more dangerous than a simple weapons ring, one whose ambitions threaten to ignite a wider international crisis.
